Founded in 2006, Qingdao BOXIYA Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the production and sales of galvanized steel sheets, top grade pre-coating metallic sheets, VCM, printed steel sheets, etc. Our factory is in Tianjin, covering an area of 10,000 square meters with annual output value of 5 Billion Yuan. And there are more than 1200 employees. We design products according to customer requirements, such as PCM and VCM with various kinds of specifications and special patterns. The Company has established strategic cooperation relations with domestic reputable home appliance companies such as Haier, Wanbao, LG, TCL, Aucma, Turbo Air, and Huabao, as well as high-end customers in the solar energy sector and construction industry. The products have been exported to Italy, Russia, Greece, Thailand, Pakistan, and Brazil. We have introduced a set of 1420 pickling line-tandem cold rolling mill(PL-TCM), which is able to reach domestic first-rate level. Rolling speed can reach 1,500m/min and designed annual output of unit is 1.2 million T. With thickness 0,2-2.0mm, the finished product is mainly oriented to home appliance, food, building and auto markets
We have introduced four hot dipped galvanized steel coils units. With excellent online plating thickness control equipment and quality control means of various working procedures, we can ensure the product enjoys excellent plating control accuracy, printability and weldability. After-treatment section can also realize passivation, anti-finger and oil treatment based on customer requirements. With thickness 0.2mm-3.0mm and width within 700-1250mm, the product is designed with regular spangle and zero spangle plating layer on surface, with designed annual output of unit is 1.2 million T.
